MINISTRY SUPPORT

ELDERS: Bill Deck, Lead
Provides effective spiritual leadership for the church. Assists each worshiper at Resurrection to grow in their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and supports them in every way possible in their spiritual and physical well being so that all are equipped and encouraged to share God’s love.

LOVE: Pam Mason, Lead
Strives to extend Christian fellowship and hospitality wherever needed to aid the social development, integration of newcomers and members, and continued growth of the Body of Christ

EQUIP: Mike Olin, Lead
Serves the church by developing, coordinating and administering a comprehensive educational program for members of Resurrection Lutheran Church and School and of visitors; to nurture spiritual growth of all age groups; and provide leadership to and supervision of staff members and volunteers involved in this ministry.

SHARE: Vacant,  Lead
Serves the needs of our community (local, national, and international) through direct relief ministries, partner resource sharing, and direct financial support.

PRIMARY OUTREACH: Balsa Terzic, School Board President 
Provides guidance, both spiritual and secular, to the staff of the Resurrection Lutheran School and Child Care by assisting them in carrying out ministry to young children on behalf of Resurrection Lutheran Church

SUPPORT MINISTRIES  

Stewardship & Finance: Educates and motivates members of RLC&S to understand their role as caretakers of God’s creation and as stewards of the resources with which God has blessed them.

Information and Technology (IT): Greg Nowicki, Lead
Supports Resurrection Lutheran Church and School by providing leadership, quality resources, and effective services in information technology; nurtures an environment in which productive application of computing and information technology can flourish. The IT group will be a proactive leader, identifying issues and offering innovative solutions to enable Resurrection Lutheran Church and School to accomplish its mission to proclaim Christ to the world more effectively and efficiently.

Facilities: Nicole Anderson
Handles the proper maintenance and repair of all church property. The board’s purpose is to protect the congregation against loss or damage of any nature and to establish procedures for using any church facilities and/or property.

Worship Resource Committee:
Because Resurrection Lutheran Church is committed to providing quality worship experiences for its members and visitors alike, the worship resource committee exists to provide guidance for what happens during our public worship times. Its role is to examine the worship experience and make recommendations to the Board of Elders for ways that it can be strengthened and improved.
