Lutheran Youth Fellowship At Resurrection (LYFR)

The Youth Group at Resurrection Lutheran Church, also known as Lutheran Youth Fellowship at Resurrection (LYFR), gives students a place to grow in their faith, build lasting friendships and become active members of our church family. Through Bible study, service opportunities, fellowship activities and special events, our youth group encourages young people to strengthen their relationship with Christ while connecting with one another in a welcoming Christian environment.

Whether gathering for discussion, serving others or spending time together, our youth group provides meaningful opportunities for students to grow in faith and community.

What To Expect

Every youth group gathering is designed to encourage spiritual growth, strengthen friendships and provide opportunities to live out God’s love.

Bible Study

At the heart of our youth group is God’s Word. Through age-appropriate Bible studies and thoughtful discussions, students will further their understanding of Scripture, learning to apply their faith in everyday life.

Serving others is an important part of our youth group. Members have opportunities to put their faith into action by participating in service projects and outreach activities that reflect Christ’s love.

Building friendships is another important part of our youth group. Through shared experiences, activities and time together, students form lasting relationships while growing alongside other young Christians.
